The Boxcar Children stories are great adventures and family oriented and are a must for any child right along with Nancy Drew, Bobbsey Twins, Hardy Boys, Trixie Belden. I also recommend the BRIO GIRLS, Detective Zack books and Red Rock series. All keep the reader wanting more!
