I read this book to my 6 and 8 year old. They listened intently to the sad story of little Anne and her family during WWII. It got them so interested to find out more that we will now read her actual diary.

Sentences gets you into the mood about the story of anne frank. The writing is smooth and the sentences make your brain want to continue reading this biography. It is a little bit sad but that just helps you see that anne frank was a brave girl and even with a difficult life she managed to find happiness and enjoy her short life. Anne frank recorded it all in her diary, and now it has become a bestselle. One of the main purposes of this book is that anne frank had to live in such hard conditions yet she had a life full of family and friends. This book is a book that is memorable and full of the hard life of anne frank. This book was just GREAT!
