By we I mean my young son and me. I found this book and bought it for the great colors and rhyming words. He would supply the last word of each page for me. But what really got my son was the hidden snails in the background. It really amazed me that my then three year old could remember where they were all hiding. See if you can find them all while learning a valuable lesson along the way.

A tiger makes his way through the jungle meeting an array of other animals on his way. The accompanying full-colored, full-bodied, luxuriant illustrations of the most saturated color show the glory of the animal kingdom, how beautiful and rich the wildlife. Baker brings his readers into the dense jungle to appreciate the magnificent creatures living there.

This was the first book my son owned. Both my kids (now 13 and 10) LOVED this book as toddlers. The illustrations are gorgeous, the story is good, and finding the little snail is fun! I recommend this book.
