Children begin hearing Bible stories at a very young age, both in the home and in the church or classroom. But without context, these stories often present as a disjointed collection of individual events. This title will give little ones a “big picture” of the Biblefrom what it is to how it was written to the message it shares of God’s love for us. Such context will help children to better understand the Bible stories they hear and how those stories relate to their own lives.

A sturdy little book for young hands that they will be asking you to read to them time and again, perfect for the Christian home and ages 2 to 6, although it is great for toddler hands. The illustrations are bright and really cute, perfect to draw the little ones eyes. The messages are spot on, and give a quick glimpse into the word of God. A great introduction to the Bible for little ones! I received this book through Worthy Kids/Ideals, and was not required to give a positive review.
This is a wonderful board book for little children. This tells a very abbreviated version of what is in the Bible that young children might understand. The illustrations are wonderful also. I received this book from Worthy Kids for a fair and honest opinion that I gave of my own free will.
This is a highly unusual board book for the young child in that it presents the history of the Bible as it involves different faiths and speaks to the original written Bible being on scrolls. The manner in which this history of the Bible is presented is exceptionally well done for the young child's introduction to the Bible and how it in its various forms is for the Jewish, Christian, and Catholic Christian. Quite different for the young child but entirely appropriate and will provide parents of different faiths an opportunity to address with their child this remarkable book's history. I highly recommend. DISCLOSURE: I was provided complimentary books to facilitate this review of each book and share my opinions.
