Finally! A book that has homeschoolers as funny, creative, and intelligent! Great and easy read for a solid 9+ age reader. We hope this will be a long and fun series!

Amazing book for kids. It blows my mind at how he can go from one writing style to the next with such fluency. Still my favorite writer.

My son, 9 years old, loved this book. He was never bored with the book and was excited about reading more every night. I recommend this book and can not wait for the next one.

I am reading this book every night to my 6 year old son. This is the first big book that he has gotten into. The illustrations help keep his interest in the story. He is excited for bedtime, and for me to read the book to him (he won't let his mom read it to him), and for him to help me read it. Overall a great read.

This was an awsome quick read for me. I bought it for my older son and just happened to start reading the book while I was waiting on his dad. Needless to say he now has his nose stuck in it. I love being able to share an author with my teenage son. I have yet to read a book by Mr. Patterson that I didn't love. Can't wait for book two :D

Have you ever wanted to know what it was like to sail the seven seas without a mom or dad? Knowing that your dad may be dead and your mom is captured in city far, far away? Well a family known as the Kidds are dealing with the horrifying drama just like this adventure book called Treasure Hunters by James Patterson. This book features four courageous, dare devil like kids, Bick, Beck, Storm, and Tommy. They are on an adventure to find treasure, world famous paintings, and most importantly, their missing parents. The Kidds are not alone though, pirate Nathan Collier is trying to steal their goods to make money, in other words he is a phony. This book is at the top of my favorite book list. Here are a couple of reasons why I like this book so much. One it isn’t all words, and the words are not tiny like a regular middle school book. There is a lot of pictures in the book, but at the same time there are a lot of pages, 451 to be exact. Another aspect I like about this awesome book is how funny and sarcastic it can be. For instance, on page 2 and 3 there was a picture of a very dangerous storm and it said “ the perfect storm”. If you didn’t notice, he was being very sarcastic. One other thing that I like about Treasure Hunters is how it is full of action, in fact, the book starts out with something jurassic happening that is mentioned all throughout the series. Finally, I like how much of a good story it is. I’m not really into adventure books but this book appealed to me. Treasure Hunters has a lot of pages but pictures on almost every page, funny and sarcastic, and is a great story. I would recommend this book to readers who like adventure, are into action and sailing boats, and want a little bit of a laugh. You may not relate to this story because not a lot of kids explore the ocean, have a treasure hunting buissness, and have evil pirates after them all without parents. Not to mention their uncle, mom, and dad are CIA and FBI agents. I’m a picky reader so if I love this book, you probably would to.
