About the Author
Antony Worrall Thompson is one of the UK’s best-loved chefs. He is the presenter of ITV’s Saturday Cooks, co-presenter of BBC’s Food and Drink, and a chef on BBC2’s successful show Ready, Steady, Cook.
Antony studied hotel and catering management at Westminster College. Within a month of starting as a sous chef at Brinkley’s Restaurant, he was made head chef. He went on to open his own restaurants, winning many accolades including the Mouton Rothschild Menu Competition and the chef’s Oscar, the Meilleur Ouvrier de Grande Bretagne. He is now the owner of four restaurants and two pubs.
He is the author of many best-selling books, including The GI Diet Cookbook, Healthy Eating for Diabetes, and his autobiography, Raw.

My mom has to watch her sugar and I like to eat healthy. I found this book easy to use but even better, the recipes taste really good. This doesn't feel like a diet book rather it is just a great recipe book that you'll come back to again and again when your in the mood for a sweet and healthy dessert. A keeper.
This is a great book for those of us that have to watch our sugar intake.
