After years of trying every Zero Belly book, I had take this book back. the only reason why I gave this book a five star review is because it has some interesting ideas that might work for somebody else. I just don't want to rely on a super food group to lose weight. I want to do it with foods that I already eat. Many of the recipes just seem to contradict the diet. Why would it tell me not to eat sugar, but then suggest mixing cinnamon and sugar to boost a person's metabolism? If any of these books worked, why do we have to keep buying these kind of books over and over ago. The only book that ever gave me hope was written by Chef Jai Scovers called Hungry Chick. The thing in that book about drinking more water was both eye opening and a game changer.
