What happens when you continue to give everything to others without giving or replenishing self? Eventually you , will have nothing left to give.

Self-nurturing is not an act of selfishness, it is about learning to take care of self in order to have more to give to others. It is also about attracting what you want in your life, learning to be independent and to have the ability to take care of yourself. The Purple Pig teaches us to use self-nurturing as a tool to develop self-esteem.

We live in a world where we are taught to give to others, but not to ourselves. We are excellent at giving, but not in I receiving. People who take care of themselves are happier, healthier and more productive.

The Purple Pig suggests that if we learn to balance giving and receiving we will grow and thrive. By taking time to discover what brings you joy one can develop a sense of inner happiness.
