It was really good from Maxons perspective but im surprised it was only 95 pages long and the elite add in wasnt even from Maxons perspective... it was from America's.

I read books in chronological order whenever possible, so I'm reading this novella after 0.4 and before book 1. I realize now that I was wrong about the first novella and that the main part of the series is likely about America and Maxon rather than Maxon's parents. Oops! But I'm still glad to have read both 0.4 and this 0.5 novella. I like seeing Maxon prior to the Selection process which I assume will be the basis for most of the series. It's nice to see his initial thoughts about America and even some of the other girls. I'm very excited to dive right into book one now.
