Acai Bowl
2 packets (31⁄2 oz each) frozen acai
1⁄2 cup fresh orange juice
1 banana, cut into thirds
Granola, dried coconut, fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries), sliced banana, and nuts (such as toasted slivered almonds or walnuts), for serving
*Serves 2
Run the frozen acai packets under warm water for 10 seconds, then open the packets. In the blender, combine the acai, orange juice, and banana. Blend, starting at 1 and slowly working up to 10, until smooth, 15–20 seconds.
Pour the acai mixture into bowls and garnish with the desired toppings. Serve right away.
