I've been a Bright Line Eater for almost 4 years and have found these recipes very inspiring for me to change up my own recipes. I've been inspired to try new flavors in my meals and the recipes I have tried have been full of flavor. I originally bought the book to review the BLE plan, and did find the information contained in the book helpful. I liked several of the tips from the other people who shared how they made Bright Line Eating easier, as well.
