“The Making of a Navy SEAL” By: Brandon Webb The story “The Making of a Navy SEAL” is an amazing book. This book tells you everything a SEAL goes through while in training. The author puts so much detail in his work that it almost feels like you’re telling the story. So from reading this book I took a few things away from it such as: self-confidence, never give up, Ect. This book is about the author’s early life to when he retired from the SEALs. HE doesn’t just talk about all the battles and fights and glory, he includes all his buddies and all the laughs they had. What I like about this book is that it’s not a thought up, imagination type of book, it’s real life and you never know what’s going to happen. I would personally recommend this book to ages 11-15 because of content that’s difficult for a young reader to understand. Overall this is a great book and I really enjoyed reading it. I really recommend you buy this book, if you’re interested in learning about the military. But, not for young kids, I think you would really enjoy this book like I did and you might learn something extra from the book. In conclusion, this book was GREAT I had fun reading it and I learned a lot from the book itself. This book is one of those books that you sit in bed at night and read it, that’s how good it is. But I really, really recommend you go out to your local Barnes Noble or Books.A.Million or just plain Walmart or Amazon and buy it, or on Amazon order it. This book was definitely a keeper for me, I really enjoyed reading it, I hope you guys do the same.
