If you’re looking for new ways to inspire yourself, increase your creativity or if you just need some motivation, this journal is very helpful. The author provides insight on increasing creativity and talks about the use of music and the significance of mandalas. Each page of the journal itself begins with a statement, one the writer can expand on. At the end of the journal, is a coloring book! Coloring is a great way to relieve stress, and the pages are filled with mandalas the owner of the journal can color in. For this reason, I’m recommending the paperback version of this journal. It’s definitely a must-have.
