About the Author

E.E. Crowell was born in the Hudson River Valley of New York state, in the shadow of Washington Irving's tomb, who has inspired many to take pen in hand. Moving around the country, first to Cape Cod, then Boston, Massachusetts, and later to Chicago, Illinois and Atlanta, Georgia gave a growing youth a panoramic vista of how different people with various backgrounds can come together and thrive in the melting pot that is America. However it was the barefoot, dirt roads of rural south Alabama, while living with grandparents that provided the opportunity for a vivid imagination to develop unfettered. First a Masters of Education provided all the knowledge that was necessary to equip a writer then later a degree in philosophy revealed the knowledge yet to be attained. It has been said, "E.E. Crowell stitches together a story the way an enchanted weaver fashions a flying carpet"
