This is not the book for you if you want to learn actual pole tricks and moves. There are little to no spins or tricks where both feet leave the floor. All the tricks are overly simple and do not make good use of the pole. The illustrated woman touches herself more than she touches the pole. It was dull and disappointing. Skip this one and find a studio that teaches actual pole dancing or do a web search for tricks.
