Overview

Tens of thousands of Americans have changed their bodies - and their lives - with the help of The Abs Diet, the New York Times bestseller from David Zinczenko, editor-in-chief of Men's Health magazine. Now, to meet the demand for more information about exercise, Zinczenko and coauthor Ted Spiker present readers with dozens of workouts and hundreds of exercises that they can do any time and any place for fabulous body-altering results.

The Abs Get Fit, Stay Fit Plan introduces a new workout system - ABS3 - based on simple, highly effective principles:
A: Abdominal exercises strengthen your core
B: Big muscle groups increase metabolism
S: Speed intervals, not slow cardiovascular exercise, burns fat
faster
3: 3 days a week is all you need to see results

In The Abs Diet Get Fit Stay Fit Plan, workouts are flexible, varied, and quick - you can complete them in less than 20 minutes. Designed to strengthen your core, flatten your gut, and get you in the best shape of your life, this exercise guide demonstrates why David R. Pearson, director of the strength-research laboratory at Ball State University, has called the Abs Diet program "a must for anyone who is serious about building a healthy body."

Forget the Fad Diet books that are out today instead focus on clean foods- the type that do not come in a box. Shop in the produce section and hit the weights! The abs diet get fit and stay fit plan- has most of what you need to have a great workout. recommended for beginers and those who have been working out more than 6 months to benefit from this type of workouts the author recommends.Check out the other recommend books for a compelete workout to burn the fat and gain muscle!

The book is fantastic. This is a no brainer. Been through all the other fad diet books and was so surprised by easy straight forward way the book is written. It's NOT a fad diet, it's a healthy eating plan packed full of great information. Buy it and don't think twice. Buying 2 more copies for friends and family.

I enjoyed using the exercise programs in 'The Abs Diet Get Fit Stay Fit Plan'. There are more weight training exercises then in the author's first book ' The Abs Diet' so a beginer can learn more exercises for the the arms and legs. No new abs exercises in this book compared to the first book, but great advice on diet and lifestyle changes. I recommend to anyone just starting out on an exercise program for basic exercises and great advice on eating right.
