THIS BOOK IS AWESOME! It gave me so much insight as to how the ketogenic diet is beneficial for women, and these recipes are amazing! I have made 5 so far, and every single one was absolutely delicious, even my picky husband enjoyed them. I am so glad I randomly bought this book. I really wanted to try the keto diet after hearing so much about it but I had no idea where to start. This book is a great starting point for all women, and will certainly push anyone who wants to follow this diet over the fence if they're on it in regards to whether or not they should try it!
