About the Author
Karen is a long-time educator with experience as a reading specialist. She spent many years as an administrator in schools and districts recognized nationally for their outstanding achievement and high academic performance. She also served as a professor of Educational Leadership at Arizona State University. She has consulted with districts all across the United States and abroad on reading, effective leadership and data-driven decision making.
