For U.S. Navy SEAL Bowie "Ruckus" Cooper, going on a mission into the most dangerous place on earth wasn't new, neither were the orders to tag and bag an international criminal, but when Bowie finds a captive American reporter, that wasn't exactly run of the mill. Neither was getting separated from his team, teaming up with her or protecting her against all odds, while working to keep his hands from around her neck and off her delectable body.

Fearless and bold photojournalist, Dana Sorenson never backed down from a fight or to showcase her dedication to reporting on the human condition. That's what she thought until she meets Bowie and big, bad, and tough takes on a whole new meaning. Gratitude for saving her ass gets lost in his demanding orders and fighting for her life takes a back seat to falling for this alpha male who'll risk everything to see her safe.

Only made it 40 pages in. First, get a new editor. I should not have to re-read sentences due to poor structure just to understand what you were trying to convey. Second, do some research and actually talk to someone that has been in combat. There again only read 40 pages and it was ridiculous. Third, I do not think anyone would be getting turned on a mind creaming their panties while crouched in a tree being hunted down! Seriously, this was awful. Maybe it would improve but I just can not read any more.

Of trite crap. He calls her cupcake, she calls him brute. The hostility bergen then from the beginning has no basis and this read like someone's glamorized phantasy of seals, no research appears to have been done about seals, themselves. And most of the 5 star reviews seem to be kid spam talking dirty I couldn't finish it

There is not one single thing to dislike about this book. The action, the danger and the chemistry are all combined in such a smooth package that is easy to read. The storyline is very good. The characters are well developed. Ruckus is the perfect hero and just what I picture a strong military man to be. Dana is brave and perfect and driven and carries her heart outloud and proud. When each of them show the other what they need to pull them out of their hurt it just makes you smile deep in your soul. I love it. The difference between human and AI is the ability to over-ride logic or normal procedures when gut or love calls for it. Ruckus has such a decision to make, thank goodness he also has a team to help him choose correctly. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Book one in the SEAL Team Alpha series a very well written story with a great storyline. This is U.S. Navy SEAL, Bowie “Ruckus” Cooper, and American reporter Dana Sorenson's story. There is suspense, drama, danger, hostage taking, twists, turns, an evil man, and romance. I could not put this book down. I want to read Kids story.

This is an amazing book by Zoe Dawson and my first time reading one from this author. It had all the drama, suspense, danger, action, alpha military and sexy romance in one book with no cliffhanger. I loved Ruckus he was a bigger than life sexy alpha and he meets his match in Dana. The story line, characters and emotional content as well as all the action pulled me in from the beginning and kept me reading until the end. I highly recommend you get your copy today and see if they get their HEA!!! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Ruckus is a fabulous, fabulous military romance by Zoe Dawson. Ms. Dawson has given readers a well-written book and populated it with a stellar cast of characters. Did I mention it's fabulous? Dana is a correspondent working on a project in drug cartel territory to video the stories of migrants to light as her mother wished. She's kidnapped by a drug lord so she can video him. Ruckus is a Navy SEAL, his team is sent to capture the drug lord. Ruckus and Dana's story is packed with drama, humor, action, melt your e-reader sex and suspense. I loved every page of this book and look forward to reading more from Zoe Dawson in the future. Ruckus is book 1 of the SEAL Team Alpha Series but can easily be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

Ruckus by Zoe Dawson SEAL Team Alpha Series Book One Lieutenant Bowie “Ruckus” Cooper is on a mission. Tag and bag the bad guy and get out. Only, instead of finding the bad guy...they find a beautiful woman. A troublesome woman that is determined to get what belongs to her back from the bad guy. He doesn't have time for this. He's a SEAL...and a man. Dana Sorensen has to complete her mission. She feels like she failed her mom once already so she needs to complete this job. A hunky but bossy SEAL isn't going to stop her either. This new series is starting with a bang—in more ways than one—lots of fire power and lots of hunks. I'm looking forward to the next seven stories of the rest of this team. The author did a great job of showing off their personalities like Kid Chaos, he's young and truly likes causing chaos to help the team. **Sexual content and language
