This story is amazing. As a 4th grader I loved this story. As I read it I wanted to read more books in the series.
My 6 year old son really liked this book. He is just beginning 1st grade and finding books that he looks forward to reading is difficult. As a beginner reader he doesn't like to see pages full of words. This book has only a few sentences on each page with large animated pictures. He is already asking for the other Ricky Ricotta books scheduled to come out. At the end of this book are pages which teach how to draw each character. My son is having a fun time drawing the characters.
I read the Ricky Riccota's Giant Robot and I want to read the sequel. I've heard of other titles for the Ricky Ricotta's Giant Robot.
