It's a great story! There are minor grammar mistakes--nothing big--but the story still flows smoothly! Keep on going! 5/5.
Character idea: Selena, a gentle human who has lived in the woods for several years and was never found by anyone else who lived to tell the tale. She taught herself how to do everything. Selena is an expert at hunting with nothing but a rock. She only hunts when she can't get the nutrition she needs from plants. That's mostly during the winter. Self protection is what she usually uses rocks for.

Hey, guys! Thanks for all of the great ideas! Violet, l read your story at 'portal,' and l loveloveloved it! Cherrio! Please, keep going! Also- To all: l'm planning on adding a few minor characers, probably human. Got any ideas on name and backgrounds? I am like, so open to all pf your ideas! Please! Don't be shy to give some names! Also- the humans are suppost to be evil! :D Alright! Here we go!
That night the boy carried the girl to his home. He had lived only a little ways away, but it was still a struggle. He wrapped her wounds and soaked her hair, washing the red out of it. But he left her shirt. I just felt... wrong, undressing her. He wasn't quite sure he wanted to see what was under there. Yet. He would let her change herself, with the extra pair of clothing he had found in her bag. She also had a bow, long and strong, it's string made of one strand of woven tendons. It was powerful- he could tell. The arrows in her quiver were many, some seemingly used, covered in dried blood, others clean and new. He had set her down in his own fluffy bed, letting her sleep in peace. The boy then made dinner. Just as he was finished filling his glass with milk, he heard the girl stir in the bedroom. He ran in, his heart beating a million miles per hour. But in only a moment, she fell quiet again. His heart sank. He left her and sat down at the old pine table, nibbling on bread and moose.
For the first time in a while, the boy looked at the house around him. It was two rooms, one kitchen, and a bedroom with two beds. There was a table and two chairs, and a fireplace, but not much more. He had found this shelter after fleeing from the capture of the vile humans. Bleeding, frozen (as it had been in the middle of an unusually cold winter,) and half-dead, he had come upon the house. Inside, the fireplace was burning, but no one was there to greet him. He waited for days for the owner to come and scold him, but nobody came. Now, every night, he prays to Lady Luna, or 'Vaan Sleeath,' the queen of the elven heaven. He thanks her for his good fortune and her heed on his hurt soul.
Only days ago, he had realized that he would have to leave his comfy home. The humans are drawing nearer. The forest was not safe anymore. After finishing his dinner, the boy sat down on the end of the girl's bed, smiling intently on her, admiration swelling in his heart. She sighed in her sleep and turned under the sheets. She was waking. Somthing was different about this girl. He had realized that when he first hear her speak. Her voice was thick with an elven accent. The old elven accent. It seemed almost as if... his long elvish ears turned a shade of pink as he thought. "No...she can't be like...me..." He paused and bent forward at the girl's eyes began to flutter. "Where...wha...?" She sat up and rubbed her eyes. "Do not worry, they will not find us here." She coughs. "Water..." His eyes widen. "Oh! Of course." He hands her a glass that was previously prepared.
Fingers shaking, she sips, a sly smile appearing on her pale face. "A name perhaps?" She speaks it in elven fluently. He blushes. So she knows the old language too. Most elves have been forced to speak in Common or Human nowadays. He replies in elven also. "Marje." She smiles again, repeating it in common. "Leven." Then in Human, her eyes widening. "...One."
Grr... l had so much more that l wanted to put in... oh, well, that makes a better Chapter 3. Thanks for reading!!!! :D
Ring &infin
