Punks Wing is the greatest book i have ever read. I am not too big on reading but i could not put any of the three punk series books down. Ward Carroll really knows how to drag you in and stay interested.

Ward Carroll nailed it again! Great story of the true world of the military aviator--struggling to balance the flying he loves with the other 'distractions' he faces. Well narrated with a 'there I was' feel, Mr. Carroll puts you in the cockpit as he deals with both the trivial and the deadly. Well done!

Not well paced or well balanced. Good descriptions of flying scenes but otherwise book comes across as tediously detailed in unnecessary areas. For example, there is excessive detail about a strip club - totally not necessary for this kind of book.
