Money or love? Which would you choose? You probably just answered the question in your head, thinking it's an easy decision. For me, it's not. Did I mention it's a lot of money? A hell of a lot.

I needed to go far away to think it through. As I embarked on an impulsive trip, I hit a detour when I met sexy Carter in the airport lounge. We struck up a heated conversation. Then, he left. I thought I'd never see him again. But fate had other plans.

Surprise! He was the pilot of my flight. The bigger surprise was the adventure that followed after the plane landed. Carter was dangerous and always on the move. Even though our connection was magnetic, I knew it was only temporary. He would give me tickets, and I would follow him around the world to exotic places. A bevvy of flight attendant exes and rumors about Carter's reputation were never far behind. I didn't know what to believe. But I was addicted. Nothing else mattered anymore. And I was going to get hurt. Because a part of me wanted to be the one to finally ground the playboy pilot.

Contains mature themes.

A sexy laugh out loud crazy fun read. This book had me in a laughing fit. I was laughing out so loud, I kept getting weird looks from people around me. Then it made me cried a bit too. This is also a heartbreaking yet heartwarming emotional story, with a lot of angst and steamy erotic scenes. Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward did a marvelous job in presenting Carter as a fun loving playboy who was broken because of a tragedy in his past and Kendall who were somewhat broken. She had some hard decisions to make, that would determined the direction her life would take. If you love books about broken girl and broken manwhore, then I would highly recommend this as a must-read.

OMG!!!! Carter you have flown into my heart for life!!! Ok. Now that that's out of the way LOL, Carter definitely lives up to the title of Playboy Pilot until he meets Kendall. She falls head over heels for him despite his reputation following them. Be prepared and make sure you have your imaginary passport as the authors take you to some of the most beautiful places in the world as Kendall and her Playboy Pilot fall in love.

This series just keeps getting better once again this book had me hooked from page one and I really hope there is more to come from Penelope Ward and Vi Keeland as a duo. Playboy Pilot takes us around the world visiting exotic romantic places. It's an emotional journey of two people who are trying to work out what they want to do with their life's . Carter is what most of us imagine pilots to be a different stewardess in every city around the world but a chance meeting in a airport bar with Kendall changed his views on that. Kendall is trying to work out what she will do for money does she do what was stipulated in her grandfathers will or does she live her life and hopefully find true love. Will they work it out or will the past destroy them ..... I could not put this book down and was up half the night hoping Carter and Kendall got their HEA, the relationship felt so real and I really didn't want the book to end, but you knew it was coming to the end when my favourite goat made a fleeting appearance. Fantastic read that made me laugh, swoon and cry. The sex was hot and the banter was funny I was given this book for an honest review

For some reason, this wasn’t my favorite story that Ward and Keeland have written.  It wasn’t bad it just didn’t touch me emotionally like some of the others.  Don’t get me wrong there are some genuinely heartfelt emotional moments and also some laugh out loud funny moments.  But the best part seems to be when will they run into Chance and his goat? The narration was fabulous, of course, and the story was easy to get into and the perfect escape.  I am giving it 4 Boundless stars this is an excellent beach read.

I love all of the books written by Penelope Ward and Vi Keeland but “Playboy Pilot” is one of my favorites, because it is the magical and hopeful journey of two people who are searching for the answer to the mystery of love. Kendall is like many of us who need to make a life changing decision, choosing between what she truly wants to do and what she is supposed to do. It often helps to get away from a stressful situation in order to relax and regroup, so Kendall found herself at the airport looking for a sign as to where she should go to contemplate her life. The sign turned out to be a sexy guy named Carter and a spilled Appletini. He was handsome, confident and had a great personality and was nothing like the men she knew back home. She refused to give him too much information as to her current situation, but he did offer her a few suggestions as to where she could go on vacation. As Carter walked away from the airport bar he looked at Kendall and said, “If you don’t choose Brazil, have a nice life.” Carter was attracted to Kendall from the moment he spotted her sitting alone at the bar and when she spilled her drink on her designer blouse, he immediately came to her rescue, not knowing that his act of kindness would change his life forever. When he suggested to Kendall that Brazil would be the perfect place to visit, she had no idea that he would be piloting the plane. He thought about her the entire flight, hoping that she had bought a “Ticket to Ride” and that he would see her again. As Kendall and Carter grow closer as they travel the world, will something or someone from their pasts threaten their future happiness? Once again Penelope and Vi have given us a beautiful love story that shows us that dreams do come true and that the right person is there for all of us.

"Half of the people in the world will tell you to follow your head, half will tell you to follow your heart. My advice, follow the one that isn't confused. The stronger one will eventually convince the other to fall in line" Kendall is at the airport, trying to make up her mind about where to go. A gorgeous man, Carter, suggests going to Rio and she accepts. What she doesn't know is that Carter will be in the same flight. In fact, he is the pilot. A crazy, fun and charming pilot. As usual, this duo has writen a hilarious book. But not only that. You will find this book has different layers. Each layer presents us a different topic. Some of them not to be taken lightly. I love these writers' books. Separately, they are fantastic authors. But when they write something together, they are unstoppable. Their characters are charismatic. Always. In this book, Carter is just awesome. And although Kendall is not perfect, she is not that bad. So, another wonderful book!!

I loved Carter and Kendall’s story and I could not put this book down. I think it worked so well because of where both of the characters were in their lives. It was believable and not the usual “let me drop my whole life home to follow you around the world”. Triple C is one of my favorite male characters and some of my favorite scenes were of him and his neighbors. He’s got it all- charm, romance, sex appeal and a heart of gold.

3.5 stars Playboy Pilot was an entertaining and steamy read. There were plenty of laughs (ahem, stolen pilot uniforms) and fantastic chemistry between Carter and Kendall, but I had a hard time really connecting to them. Granted, I'm not an overall fan of the manwhore reformed trope and Carter certainly lived up to the title, but I actually grew to like him much more than Kendall. I definitely enjoyed his sweeter side, but his arrogance and cocky attitude were just as hot. Kendall on the other hand just really confused me. I understand that she was at a crossroads in her life, but she just struck me as really immature and way too trusting. I'm all for living in the moment, but come on! I think the practical side of me couldn't get past that, even though the overall story was enjoyable. The drama and angst was predictable, but it still hurt my heart. I just wish that these two would have communicated with each other, instead of thinking the worst and making huge decisions based off these assumptions. I do recognize though that this gave both our characters time to re-evaluate their lives and feelings and to be honest with themselves. Overall, this was a fun and steamy read, but just wasn't one of my favorites by this amazing writing duo.

An enjoyable romp through the world of a sexy pilot and a girl he meets in the airport. Both seem to be searching for something in life, but what, they're not sure. Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward have done it again with their collaboration on Playboy Pilot. Having enjoyed Stuck Up Suit, I knew this newest collaboration was a sure thing.

Penelope Ward and Vi Keeland have collaborated once again on an engaging adult contemporary romance. Playboy Pilot was heavy on the fun banter and slow-but-sure sexy moments while incorporating a surprising amount of emotion that kept me invested. I enjoyed the addition of delicate elements such as caring for the aging, coping with mental illness/suicide, cultural sensitivities, giving back, and taking risks...even if that means making the unpopular choice. The relationship stress/climax was completely unnecessary though - so unnecessary that it caused me to feel all of the dramatics leading up to the resolution were a waste of time and book space. Regardless, I liked Playboy Pilot overall and I would recommend it to readers who enjoy either of these authors. The two of them really do write well together. Playboy Pilot will take you all around the globe physically and emotionally, and will give you new meaning for the term "friendly skies". Check it out! My favorite quote: "If you want to change the world or make a difference, you don't have to travel very far. Just look in your own backyard for the people who need you."

I am giving Playboy Pilot by Penelope Ward and Vi Keeland five perky stars. Told in dual POV's, this book is chocked full of fun, laughter, romance, sex and just the right amount of angst. Kendall Sparks has a huge life changing decision to make and needs to find a getaway spot to try to figure out what to do. While at the airport trying to decide where to go, she meets Captain Carter Clynes, also known as Trip, a handsome, sexy, flirtatious pilot. The two hit if off from the very beginning, but it doesn't take long before Kendall realizes there is so much more to Carter than meets the eye. Yes, he is a manwhore, yes he loves Beatles music, but what he does on his time off? Priceless. (You will have to read it to find out.) At one point in this book I did not like Kendall very much, she didn't give Carter the benefit of the doubt when he needed her too, but by the end she redeemed herself in Carter's eyes so I accepted it too, lol. This book is simply fantastic, I highly recommend it and I doubt that you will be able to put it down until the last page is read!!

fanfreakintastic. You will fall in love with Carter. Yes he is a manwhore. Sleeping with all his stewardesses without giving it a single thought, Well that was before Kendall. Since the day he met her in the airport bar he was a changed man. like so many other stories he was a better man blah blah blah, But Carter went beyond better. Without giving away anything from the book Carter was a man you definitely want for yourself. He was the epitome of the perfect guy in my eyes. KENDALL was brought up around money. Now she has a tough decision to make. Meeting Carter teaches her that money isn't everything. But can she give it all up for love? And can a playboy pilot change his wings?

Loved this Book! What lengths will a gal go to to claim a rightful inheritance? What lengths will a guy go to to rid the guilt (unwarranted) of a lost first love? If the questions sound interesting then by all means read this book to find the funny, kooky and sad answers in a riveting story about Kendall (Perky) and Carter (Trip) and their excellent supporting cast... I read a lot of books and this is one I could not put down... Such an interesting and different storyline with some pretty unusual characters... And OH, that secy and devilish Carter... Seemed like I was laughing or crying all the way through...

Once again, this dynamic duo of authors has produced another intriguing, beautiful and sexy story! I was immediately swept up in the intrigue of Carter and Kendall's secrets, and captivated by the chemistry and intensity of their instant connection. Their journey together was unpredictable with many high and lows. These two don't do anything the easy way. There is plenty of turbulence and detours along the way to keep you equal parts anxious and entertained. Whether Vi & Penelope write alone or together, I'm constantly amazed and amused by the fresh ideas, intriguing characters and witty dialogue they produce. Another solid example of why these authors are on my one click list.

Just one word: AMAZING! Kendall Sparks needs to make a decision that will forever change her life. Needing some time away to think, she decides to travel. A chance encounter brings Captain Carter Clynes into her life. Together, Kendall and Carter travel the world and have an amazing time. But will their hearts stay unscathed after they go their own ways? Or will this be a journey that will forever change them? I loved Playboy Pilot! The story sucked me from the first page and I couldn't stop reading! (Thank God for night shifts!) There's a lot of laughter, sweet moments, steamy scenes, secrets, and a twist that kept me on edge. I loved the chemistry and the banter between Carter and Kendall. I also loved that the book has a dual POV and the little scene with Chance! Kendall Sparks has an important decision to make that, no matter what, will change her life forever. She is torn and confused, but still is a very sassy and confident girl. I loved how much she grew throughout the story. Captain Carter Clynes is a playboy. He is gorgeous, confident, and a charmer. He had lots of affairs in the past and uses his job to avoid relationships. Deep down he is very sweet, kind, gentle, and very noble. I loved his story and how much he changed during the story. Once again, the amazing duo of Penelope Ward and Vi Keeland gives us a phenomenal book with a captivating story and awesome characters. You'll laugh and cry with Kendall and Carter. Join their amazing journey. You'll love every minute!

One playboy flyguy and one girl on a mission to escape for a little while. Carter…tall, dark & handsome…big hazel eyes…and a dimple on his chin….this dimple will make you melt and he is cocky as hell. The man under the pilot suit is so much more than what you see. You will fall so very hard for Carter Clynes. I know I did. Kendall is a girl with a decision, a rough decision that greatly affects her future. She needs an escape to think. A chance encounter with a hot man in a airport bar sends her in a tailspin of epic braless proportions. It is flirty -> “I took a moment to admire that sculpted back, realizing how much I wanted to lie on top of it like a carnival ride as it moved up and down.”

4.5 “Don’t leave me, Perky.” Stars! I’ve already put this one in my reread pile! The Review: You just know when Penelope and Vi come together to write a book, you can expect magic to happen. Beautiful, fun, intelligent magic and this book is just one more win in the “those two are epically amazing!” column. Told in dual POV’s, Playboy Pilot was sweet and sexy, delightfully funny and just an all around entertaining read. Throwing in a little bit of angsts and you get a perfect book to spend the afternoon with. Story/Characters... Kendall Sparks has a huge, life altering decision to make. Deciding to travel to a destination unknown for some much needed time away to think, she ponders over a travel guide in the airport lounge, never expecting her answer to appear in the form of a drop dead gorgeous, dirty talking stranger. Captain Carter Clynes is a free bird. He pilots the friendly skies, running from a past that he refuses to confront. He’s a playboy of epic proportion and has no desire to settle down, but the moment he spots Kendall in that airport lounge, something inside him clicks into place and things start to change. Quickly. These two were amazing together. They were fun, honest, open and caring. From the jump, they are totally in sync with one another and Kendall, taking a chance on this new acquaintance, finds an inner strength she didn't know she had. Carter finds an inner peace he didn't know he needed. On a whirlwind trip from Rio to Dubai to Amsterdam to Florida, their connection was quick and cute, but they also had some serious get-to-know-you moments. In those few short days, they had adventure and started building a solid relationship. They were so adorable together and Carter... wow, he was fantastic. Charming, sweet, enigmatic, whimsical and totally unforgettable! I loved him so much. And seriously, that man had the patience of a saint. He knew he had something unique and special with Kendall and he was willing to take his time and savor every part of it. The climax was emotional and angsty, just the way I like it. I did think Kendall acted irrationally and childish. For a short time, I totally disconnected with her character because she too, had something special standing by her side and she didn’t appreciate it. Carter’s willingness to accept her, was challenged in her own self when the tables were turned, and I didn’t like how she handled it. But I LOVED the ending. That ending was ... PERFECT! The Wrap Up: I’ve absolutely loved the books these two authors come together to give us, and this book is another to add to that amazing list of outstanding storytelling and lovable characters. And really, you have to love a book where you’re sure to get an appearance from our favorite Aussie and his adorable Mutton.
