I love the colorful names of each soup, salad, sandwich, entree, dessert, and so on-- BUT that is only half-the-fun--This is such a great book to have handy in the kitchen not knowing from one day to the next what I might be in the mood for--I don't worry any more what I should fix because most of the ingredients called for in almost every dish, soup, salad and etc., are those most people already have on hand. Simple, helpful, fresh ideas to the same old stuff, I like that! I am happy to recommend this cookbook to anyone in search of something simple to make and tasty too!

Such a glorious help in the kitchen, THANK YOU! I have tried most of the main dishes, veggies, salads, and dessert recipes in this MUST HAVE FOR THE KITCHEN cookbook and I have enjoyed each of them. They are easy to follow and the outcome stunned even me! I can honestly call myself a cook now and actually mean it! I look forward to the next book in this 4 book set. Thanks to the helpful 'how-to' recipes in this unique cookbook I was able to make my first '5' course meal! It was so eazy, I was stunned! Since my first black-tie sit-down with family and friends I have become quite the little cook. Even my husband was impressed with me (smile). If you know absolutely nothing about cooking a meal (like me before this book), then look no further this is the book to get. Believe me, if I can become a cook, so can you! I love this family of men chefs! I say kudos to the Taylor Men in this family!

From snacks to gourmet meals, this wonderful cookbook, has a little something for every taste. I had a lot of fun making some of these recipes. My family and I enjoyed each and every meal. Passed Down Through 4 Generations by Ex. Chef Joseph E. Taylor is a wonderfully written cookbook loaded with fun and easy to make recipes! I had such a good time trying the foods in this book. I wish there were more easy to follow cookbooks like this one out there!

The Taylor Chefs made it easy for me to create meals I never dreamed possible. My family and I love the creative and easy to make meals. The soups are delicious and the salads are light and tasty. I hope there will be another cookbook by this 'A TEAM CHEFS' soon. Perhaps one on desserts!

I need all the help I can get in the kitchen and books like 'Passed Down Through 4 Generations' are a terrific help to me. I am a mother of 4 kids and I also have a husband to cook for each and every day, ugg... I also work so trying to come up with new ideas everyday is a major task for me. I value any insight and suggestions anyone wants to offer. This book is great and I'd like to say THANK YOU to the men chefs in this family!

I am so happy that I have a copy of this book handy in my kitchen. It is smart, easy to follow and even I can't mess things up. That in itself is saying something! Do yourself a favor and try some of these great foods. You'll be glad you did!

This cookbook was a huge help to me. I say that because the same day I picked it up, I had some friends stop over with letting me know ahead of time. It was around dinner time (oh, no!) Anyway, I ran to the kitchen, pick up the book and right away I spotted a quick and easy dish that I am still receiving compliments on even today! Thanks to the men chefs in this family, they saved the day for me! Thanks a lot!!!
