This was a really simple book that focuses on the universal aspects of grandparents. Although the pictures are of many different families from across the globe, the content is generalized to traits that most grandparents share--such as wanting to pass on knowledge, have fun with their grandchildren, and practice their specific cultural traditions. Definitely suitable for an ESL classroom or for teaching unity in a culturally diverse elementary setting.
