We love this book, but if you can get the version that has the CD included it's even better. The 1st track is the author narrating the story, then there are additional music tracks that are really wonderful!

Frasier's short, simple story recounts all the beautiful things that happen around the Earth and in the solar system on the day that the reader was born. She talks about the happiness that spread within the animals and the people, how the Earth and the sun prepared to greet their new child, and how all the parts of nature did their job in order to properly welcome their new friend. The story ends with the reader being welcomed into the world by their loving family and friends.

A sweet story that celebrates the birth of new additions to our families and the miracles of the natural phenomena of our Earth.
