Overview

Investigative reporter Luke Rosiak is being hailed as “one of the smartest, most diligent reporters in Washington” (TUCKER CARLSON) and “a bulldog” (DANA LOESCH) for uncovering “what is possibly the largest scandal and coverup in the history of the United States House of Representatives” (NEWT GINGRICH).

It’s like something out of a spy novel: In the heat of the 2016 election, an unvetted Pakistani national with a proclivity for blackmail gained access to the computer files of one in five Democrats in the House of Representatives. He and his family lifted data off the House network, stole the identity of an intelligence specialist, and sent congressional electronic equipment to foreign officials. And that was only the beginning.

Rather than protect national security, Congress and the Justice Department schemed to cover up a politically inconvenient hack and an underlying fraud on Capitol Hill involving dozens of Democrats' offices. Evidence disappeared, witnesses were threatened, and the supposed watchdogs in the media turned a blind eye.

Combining tenacious investigative reporting and high-tech investigative techniques, Luke Rosiak began ferreting out the truth, and found himself face to face with the "Deep State," observing how Nancy Pelosi's Democrats manipulated the Department of Justice, the media, and even Republican leadership to sabotage the investigation into what Newt Gingrich calls possibly the biggest congressional scandal in history.

True story of a coverup and who our agencies and institutions really work for. (Spoiler: it's not the people). Capitol Hill and the DOJ should be very embarrassed by this book. Paul Ryan comes off pretty poorly too, and now we see what Jeff Sessions was really doing which is a whole lot of nothing. It's fun to see how things really work even if they don't end the way we want them to. Five stars!

Astonishing, appalling, enlightening, disgusting, page turner. One of the best books I've ever read.

Obstruction of Justice may be the most sweeping portrait of deception and corruption to occur in Congress. Not only does Luke pull back the layers of an extensive cover-up, but he unabashedly walks into the fire to reveal who has had what part in perpetrating this gross miscarriage of justice. The story lays a rich groundwork for a years-long investigation that largely stayed in the shadows and displays reporting at its finest. I have yet to read a more comprehensive job at highlighting how the deep state operates. This will be an eye-opener, not only for anyone who is naive enough to believe that government is always working for the people, but for the average American with a healthy dose of skepticism.

Luke Rosiak provides an unflinching look into the cover-up of the Awan family spy ring and the powerful government agencies fully committed to hiding this story from the public. Prosecuting attorneys, defense attorneys, witnesses, news reporters, civil servants, IT professionals contracted to the government, politicians and many more found it convenient if the TRUTH is never revealed. Imran Awan has accomplished what most believed to be impossible; living above the law. International bank fraud in full view of authorities leaves the reader to only one conclusion as to why: BLACKMAIL. The damage to the careers of many prominent politicians would be irreparable if the media covered the story with ANY integrity.

Balderdash, imagination and paranoia runs amuck. Intelligent people know that they must read both conservative and liberal publications and pull the truth from the middle. I'm fairly conservative, and honestly, I don't know of any liberal publication far enough left to offset this nonsense. This should be sold as fiction. Don't waste your money; they'll be giving them away on eBay in a couple weeks.
