My 2-year old son insists on reading this book daily. We bought it because he is very interested in the concept daytime versus nighttime/sun and moon, plus he loves monkeys. He finds it funny, and often references one of the lines in the book as a joke. The graphics are lively, and I like how it addresses two opposite monkeys that find a way to come together at the end. We had to explain a couple of the British references "Don't be daft!" and afternoon tea, but that just made it more interesting to my son.
