Its a 12 page book that doesn't give any new information. I don't know how barnes & noble considers this a book.

A friend lost 30 pounds in record time and gave me this book on lend. I lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks and bought the ebook for myself. I am continuing to lose the weight. I have tried so many diets since 2004 and this is the first to work. I feel great! Thanks to Sheryl Hindson

Recommend this for a fast weight loss program. I would not use this for an extended period. If you want to lose around 20 pounds it is excellent and quick results.

I bought this book over three months ago and have now lost a total of 18 pounds. I have tried many diets and could not stick to them. I love the way I look and feel. This was 100% worth the money. Deleted the other diet books I wasted money on. J.L. Maine
