Wonderful, scientifically accurate book. Easy to follow, healthy eating....not a fad diet. However, I would recommend the hard copy of the book instead of the nook. There are exercises and recipes that are easier to get to in the physical copy (I have the hard copy of the regular Abs Diet and the Nook of the Abs Diet for Woman)
