This textbook would be good for a beginner or someone totally new to Health Claims and Medical Billing

I found this book to be very helpful and useful in researching the medical billing and coding career field. The chapters are set up in a way that makes it easy to learn the material and review the information at the end of each chapter. The short quiz at the end are also very good. This allows the reader the opportunity to review the chapter and retake the quiz if needed to ensure that the reader has retained the information they have just learned. This is a good indicator of how the reader will do on the final test at the end of the book. I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in a career change to evaluate whether they should invest in going back to school if that is really something they wish to pursue. This book is reasonably priced and well worth the money.
