About the Author

Dr. Abe J. Zakhem is an Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy
at Seton Hall University. He received his Ph.D. from Purdue University
in 2001, and has published articles in leading journals and presented
numerous papers on business ethics at national and international
conferences. In addition to his scholarly work, Dr. Zakhem has extensive
professional experience as a business executive, quality management
system consultant, and ethics and compliance system consultant.
Dr. Daniel E. Palmer is currently the Interim Assistant Dean for Academic
Affairs at Kent State University at Trumbull. He is also an Associate
Professor in the Department of Philosophy at Kent State University, and
received his Ph.D. from Purdue University in 2000. He has published
articles in such journals as the Journal of Business Ethics and Business Ethics
Quarterly and presented papers on business ethics at numerous national
and international conferences.
