Dubbed "The Bard of Avon," Shakespeare oversaw the building of the Globe Theatre in London, where a number of his plays were staged, the best-known of which include Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, and Macbeth. The paperback book I ordered was said to be in "good" condition with some wear. That was not the case. The pages are very yellowed (if not brown) with numerous markings and notes throughout. I'd rate the book "poor" condition. MariePeterson, Redmond, Oregon
