About the Author

Justin E. McDonald was born July 17, 1987 in Toledo, Ohio to his proud parents, Starling, Sr. and Michelle McDonald. He is the fourth child of five siblings. Justin's older brother, Starling Jr. is stationed in Fort Stewart Georgia, his two sisters Tiffany McDonald and Sherese Parsons reside in Harrisburg Pennsylvania, and his younger brother, Marcel is stationed in Lake Heath England. When Justin was four years old, his family moved to Carlisle, Pennsylvania where he began his primary education.

The family re-located to Enola, Pennsylvania when Justin was ten years old. He completed his formal education in the Pennsboro School District. Throughout most of his educational endeavors, Justin's main focus was on mathematics and basketball. However, this changed in his senior year to English literature. After Justin graduated high school in the spring of 2006, he decided to further his education.

Justin attended classes at the Harrisburg Area Community College majoring in computers with an emphasis in marketing. Justin also took a lot of writing classes as an elective. During the writing of his first novel, Justin also worked at a local post office. His first book, "Killer Instinct" published through Authorhouse is currently on bookstands. While Justin is still attending college, his future glooming with opportunity, he hopes to become a young entrepreneur and fulfill the American dream of a self-made man with God on his side.
