About the Author

I’m Stephanie Elizabeth. I’m a South Carolina native.I graduated with an A. A. S. in Business Management from Tri-County Technical College in May of 2015. I’m currently working towards an A.A.S. in Medical Office Technology. For as long as I can remember I’ve loved writing. Storytelling is my escape from the harsh reality we sometimes come to face. Most of my short stories push the boundaries of what is considered to be “popular” stories and themes. I like writing about the darkness but I give my characters a glimmer of light in the most unexpected ways. Lately, I’ve been trying to write about lighter topics; I love the challenge it brings me.

Writing is my first true love. I never feel more at home than when I have a pen and a notebook in my hands. I get attached to my characters and I love pushing them to the limits. I get excited for them and I often get sad for them, their feelings are mine, too. My characters share a bit of myself so I’m pushing myself as I develop each and every new person. I grow as a person as my characters grow and blossom.
