This is a creative way to prepare little ones for a great sleep.  Movement and poses are illustrated with an adorable text.   A wonderful way to start an evening routine and share quality time with your child(ren).

Readers of this unique and delightful book learn about themselves, often without realizing it. The text asks them to think, meditate, question, dream. The illustrations ask them to move their bodies in new and comfortable ways. The combination of mind (text) and body (illustrations) working together produces a reader who chooses to return to the book often, each time discovering a new thought to ponder and a new pose to practice. The book will fascinate any age, but it is an excellent resource for children becoming mindful of their feelings. Mariam Gates and Sara Jane Hinder are encouraged to collaborate again. Their fans look forward to seeing what these talented women will publish next.

I love the parts of the book I can see , but I can't see whole pages. I have played with the settings to no avail. This is a disappointment.
