Awesome book! I would recommend this book for anyone who has fibro or who is interested in good nutrition. I can whole heartedly say that it is the essential book for those with fibro who want to take charge of their life --- dump the drugs --- and start to heal naturally! It is written so anyone can understand the information and educates the reader on how to do it from the ground up. The recipes are outstanding and I can't wait to try them. Micki Nicol
