I truly enjoyed the stories the author uses to illustrate his lessons. They were inspirational and fascinating in their own right in addition to teaching the author's system for crisis management. The lessons were not complicated and yet not so obvious as to be readily useable to the person unprepared for a crisis. I know this book will help me in my life and in my business. I have already pulled it back off the shelf to use it as a reference.
