Liked some of the moments. Some of the episodes were interesting. Finale was good if a little sad. Good season though.

I may not live in the UK, but I wish I did just so I could see all of the season on time. It's absolutely amazing. Robin Hood has never been better. It's full of action, romance and humor, which brings it all together. Simply fabulous.

the second season gets better as you watch and continues the adventures of robin hood. the character guy is so cool next to marian.

The second season is darker and a bit more dramatic than the first. Much of the action is geared towards Robin and his men attempting to return King Richard to the throne as opposed to the many smaller side stories that encompassed the 1st season. There is some really terrific character development not only for Robin, Gisborne and Marian, but for Allan A Dale, Little John, Will Scarlett and Djaq as well. If you liked season one you will love season 2, I highly recommend it!

So I purchased this dvd set for my sister who had watched the first season prior to my purchase. I was quickly caught up in the story line and though it is predictable I really liked it.

I love this new take on Robin Hood. The characters are well drawn and believable. I like that Marian is a strong woman, who loves Robin Hood, but doesn't just accept what he says or do what he tells her. She has her own opinions and takes risks for what she believes in. Much is adorable. I love that he's the voice for "that's too dangerous" and "Wouldn't you rather stay home", but is always there to fight with the gang and do what needs to be done. I like Gisborne's character. Deep down, under the cowardly bully, there is a little bit of a decent human being, that we see glimpses of, but is quickly quashed. The sheriff is a really overdrawn bad guy, with no single redeeming chacteristic. I bet he wsa lots of fun to play! I highly recommend this and the first season as well. My only complaint? I didn't like how the series ended.

This season is a bit darker than the first but it allows you to really get to know the chartacters. So much that you feel like you know them personally. My only complaint is that the seasons aren't longer!

Had to pre-order this cuz the episodes are filling up my DVR, LOVE Sir Guy (sorry I like the bad boys), Robin Hood is not bad either. I am with the other three I am moving to the UK. If we want to see the cast in action, I guess we have to move to Budapest.. or where ever season ones' special features said they film.

I would move to England for this show.

Is there anyone more goreously heroic than Robin, kick-butt than Marian, and delightfully evil than the Sheriff of Nottingham? A clue: no.

&amp quot I will attempt to explain without any spoilers, so please forgive some level of vagueness. &amp quot I loved Robin Hood season 1, and even most of season 2. However, for me, they completely ruined the season by doing what they did to a particular character. For some reason, perhaps a refusal to renew a contract or something, the show decided to eliminate the character. However, in order to do this, they made several decisions, forcing out of character actions. The season finale, especially, was nothing more then a means to an end, it did nothing for the characters other then destroy the possibility of any future for the show. The story itself was even illogical and impossible, forget improbable. It ruined the series. I can't bear to watch it anymore, unlike the first series &amp quot which I watched many, many times&amp quot . From now on, I will have to think of the series as being the first season only because I can't watch that ever again. And I think I can safely say that they eliminated the possibility of a third season.
