Wonderful final film of Kieslowski. This movie intertwines the ideals of innocence, beauty, parallel lives, destiny, and irony into a film which is so captivating on so many different levels. This movie lifted my spirits and moved me. Red must be released on DVD soon!

RED is the most powerful film in the Blue, White and Red trilogy. The director was nominated for an Academy Award and had previously done the DECALOGUE. The female lead is outstanding. The story is fascinating and thought-provoking. The writing is very intelligent.
