Overview

The great nuclear holocaust has come and gone, and humanity is hanging on a string. Women rule what's left, and the world is filled with giant mutant humanoid frogs who have started their own communities. Fertile human males have become one of the rarest things on Earth. This really low-budget sci-fi adventure chronicles the exploits of one of those men, the wandering loner Sam Hell (as played by former wrestler Rowdy Roddy Piper). The tale begins as Hell is caught and tried for raping a woman. Realizing that he is fertile, Medtech, the organization devoted to repopulating the world, takes him and forces him to wear high-tech underwear designed to control his lusty tendencies and to keep him from squandering his seed on infertile ladies. The organization then forces him to go deep into froggy territory to bring back the fertile women stolen by the amphibian's leader.

Hell Comes to Frogtown, oh, can i count the ways i love you? This movie rocks! With the swanky combination of a pink military vehicle, a kick-bum soundtrack, awesome special effects, and exploding electronic underwear, this movie has it all. The story revolves around Sam Hell, one of the few fertile men on post-apocalyptic Earth. Forced to procreate (yeah, i know, tough job) he, a beautiful 80s nurse and a tough army gal who strokes her gun a lot venture into a reservation of mutant frog-humans. In the ensuing calamity occur some crazy frog bashing and the ''dance of the three snakes'' (which cannot be missed). The costumes are amazing as well; I can't see how the academy missed this one. I gave the film four stars: 1 for Commander Toty, 1 for the pink car, 1 for Roddy Piper's great one-liners, and 1 for being cool enough to use the word Hell in the title. I recomend this movie to anyone who wants to have a good time watching a fantastically funny film. Low budget has produced many a film, but this is the best I've ever seen. And hey, give a ribbit for love!

This is one of the worst movies ever made. Bad acting, bad special effects, BAD script. A must OWN for the descriminating collector of B movies. Sandahl Bergman is super sexy and Roddy is as cliche as he can be. NON STOP LAUGHS (from the lack of budget) Ranks right up there with Plan 9 From Outer Space
