I was born long after the babyboomers who turned this film into a phenomenon. After its success on the Dinsey tv show, they edited together the Davy episodes and released them to movie theaters in this format...Having also seen the full length tv episodes, I feel that the movie is better...it is tighter and has a quicker pace. Its history was never fully accurate, but it is still fun to watch today...and its theme song is just as infectious as 'Its a Small World'...it will play in your head non stop.

I remember this movie from when I was child I loved it then and love it now. Walt Disney Company should have stayed with no SEX, we need more real to life adventure without hopping in bed all the time.I loved to see his shows on Sunday night.
