The entire River of Time series is an amazing set of books. They take you on a journey that you will never forget. If you haven't read the other books, what are you waiting for? Go read! If you have, and if you fell in love with the series like I did, then this last book will not disappoint. Lisa Bergren has crafted a wonderful ending, full of love, romance, and yes, some tragedy. I don't want to be too spoilery, but as mentioned in the description above, have tissues ready. The second part of the book takes place during the Black Plague, and that is gonna result in some sadness no matter what. I can reassure you though, if you have liked or even loved the other books in this series, you will be impressed with this book too.

What a fantastic series. I crave more books like this. The love, honor, passion, commitment, joy, heartbreak, treachery, trust and faith take you from adventure to adventure. It was wonderful to read a 'clean book'- not full of language or sex. And yet!!! Oh the passion. :-) Thank you for these wonderful characters to fall in love with.. Sandi B /MT

This is one of my favorite series and I'm sad that it's over! I wish it could be a continuous series like some books out there, but all good things do come to an end. :( I have fallen in love with all the characters and I found yourself sharing their own emotions. I knew what I was getting myself into when I started Deluge. I was surprised by some things that did occur but I knew what was on the horizon. Little spoiler: I was so happy that Lia finally married Luca and also how Gabi and Marcello named their baby! I cried during that scene- happy tears. :) I also loved how the she-wolves continued to grow in their strength and love of Sienna. Lia grew a lot in this book as a person. I love how she takes down a knight after he makes a comment about her- you go girl! Beware though, towards the last part of the book, you'll shed a lot of tears! Hello, it is the plague! Have tissues nearby. I read a post about who passes so I prepared myself but someone else passes away that I didn't know about. I was crying in my office while reading it b/c it hits home for me- I know how they feel. Anyways, it's sad but overall a great book! There is a happy ending. Enjoy!

I am sad that this is it. I would want it to go on and on, seeing the kids grow up, is there future generations that can travel other than the boys? I need more! I loved it very much!

Lisa T. Bergren has done it again! This last book in the River of Times series will take you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions! You'll experience romance, suspense, action, deep heart felt grief and lots is love! I also encountered examples of God's eternal, unconditional love, forgiveness and mercy through the lives of these wonderful character's. Thanks Lisa for sharing this story with us! Marylin

I approached this book with fear and trepidation, knowing it was the last of the River Tribe series. Also knowing that it would deal with the Plague, I was so afraid of it being dark and depressing. I encourage followers of the "tribe" to read without fear, because like all of the rest of the series, there is hope to be found. And Bergren adds a few twists that aren't expected. I enjoyed this and am sorry that this is the last of the series.

Such a bitter sweet ending to my favorite book series! It was so intense, happy, and sad. So much happens, and I loved reading this last adventure! There is so love between all our favorite characters, you just melt inside. Very happy with the way the series ended!

I loved this book! I couldn't put it down! Lisa Bergren did a great job ending the series! Some characters do die, it is the plague after all. But I was happy with the way it ended. :)

I love the River of Time series. By far, the BEST series I've EVER read and recommend it to everyone. Prepare to dive deep people! I knew, when starting this book, that it would be the last book in this series. It's always wonderful to be with "my old friends", but at the same time, it was hard to say goodbye to them. However, "my friends" are only a book away. I'll think of them often. I think the ending was well thought out and the message was clear. Thank you Lisa, for writing such wonderful series. I'm a fan for life!

Amazing. Simply amazing and unforgettable. I've read the entire River of Time series, and you definitely don't want to miss this one. Adventure, danger, thrills, excitement, true love. (I sound like I'm giving the review for Princess Bride ;) ). Seriously, this book will sweep you away. Bittersweet, it does hurt, but in the end it's okay. Be a part of the Forelli/Bettarini clan again. You won't regret it!
