About the Author
The calendar says that I am an old woman. Most days I don't believe the calendar. I am a practicing Catholic, widowed mother of five boys, grandmother of seven. Reading is my passion, writing is my companion and travel is my fun. Born, raised and educated in NYC, I have lived most of my life in Washington Heights and the Bronx. Spent my professional life teaching and working in Health Care Administration caring for Renal Transplant patients. I believed like Chesterton that although everyone must die, an exception would be made for me. I have had to make an adjustment to that belief.
