Marina, who has cerebral palsy, and Moira, who has Down Syndrome, learn how to be friends. This is a true story with beautiful accompanying photographs, of how two girls learn to get along despite their differences. Moira is scared of Marina at first, because Marina tends to scream when she gets upset, but Moira learns that if she asks Marina not to scream, she won't, and they can continue playing. This book shows how children with disabilities are both similar and different to children without these handicaps. All children can learn a lesson from these two about how to be a good friend.
