This story gives facts about bats. It covers everything from what size they are, different kinds, and what they look like to how they delivery babies. I learned a couple of new facts I did not know about bats. I liked the fact that the book has pictures to show what is being said instead of getting dry information from an encyclopedia.I would not read the story aloud, but I would use the facts in a bat unit.
