Overview

Bad Fame by Roman St. John

At the young age of eighteen, Ashley Whitestone fled small town Tennessee for the glitz and glamor of Hollywood. Once in Los Angeles, she married young and quickly shot to fame with her manager husband by her side. Starring in a series of blockbuster films, Ashley had legions of fans and became a regular on the international party scene. It was too much, too fast, and she soon fell from grace due to an addiction to drugs and alcohol. She got clean, though, and made a full recovery. A few months later, when her husband’s mistress, an aspiring supermodel and trust fund baby, is found strangled in the trendy Los Feliz area of LA, Ashley’s entire world crumbles once again. Wild star-studded Hollywood parties, bizarre love triangles, and multiple mysterious deaths propel the plot forward like an out-of-control train accelerating furiously through the streets of Los Angeles, Western Europe, and the South of France. From the decadence of life in Beverly Hills to a magnificent mansion just outside of Zurich, Switzerland, Bad Fame allows readers a glimpse into an exciting and alluring world peopled with outrageous Hollywood celebrities, corrupt businessmen, and notorious mobsters.
