When you double click on the page it doesn't really zoom in but it does a little - which prevents you from turning the page. This can be frustrating. Why even have a zoom option? It doesn't really do anything. I bought this for my daughter who is 17 months and in love with animals. Its a little too young for her an she is totally bored with it. I try to leave her with it alone - since there is no story or reading involved and she just get frustrated with the pages not turning because i=of the above mentioned problem.

This book is filled with pictures of animals, with their names written below each picture. My son (who's 15 months) loves looking at them, especially when he's in the car. The only thing we found odd was that some of the animal names are kinda bizarre... for instance, there's a picture of a "macaw" rather than a "bird". Otherwise, love this entire series!

My 18 month old daughter is obsessed with zoo animals and she loves this book. I have to help her sometimes to move the pages on my Nook, but other then that a great book!
