Thoroughly enjoyed the book!
I was very disappointed by this book. Although it claims a copyright date of 2017, none of the material in the book is newer than the late 1960s. Fifty years of newer discoveries, new opinions, and new attitudes are all missing. None of the alternate theories and opinions are even mentioned. Even on sale, this was a waste of moneyl
