Oh sure, their lives are littered with crimes, fires, an eye tattoo and shady charecters, but it is a great series. These children are people you root for, you want their story to end with a happily ever after. That doesn't happen, but it is not a dissapointing end. It shows the children and Kit's baby embarking on a perilous journey to find what happened to their comrades. Besides, the dummies who complain about the ending obviously didn't read the name of the series. What did you expect? Lemony Snicket is constantly warning you to read something else because the story of the Baudelaire orphans is a sad one. So don't you complain about it. This story is a story about the bravery and intelligence of three orphans and also of the Quagmire triplets. It is very well written and keeps you laughing. Lemony Snicket is a terrific writer. This series is highly recomended.

Review- A series of unfortunate events is a series about Sunny,Klaus, and Violet, who, after the burning of their home and death of their parents are sent to their distant relatives house. Count Olaf, after the first book, pursue the children through out the series. Overall, i give this series a 4 and a half. Its well written, and the plot is completley original unlike some today. (Were looking at you Twilight) See you! -Cleo daMurr

The end, Do you have a cup of sugar that i could borrow?- The bad beginning Jk lol these books r marvelous. I could not wait 2 get the next one. It was too bad when they were over. The hole hybrid cordial thing was clever. I expanded my vocabulary immensely. I really liked the penultimate peril. Suspense. Humor. Sadness. Depression. This book pretty much sums(78+42=120, the sum) the adjectives of the world up. Highly reccomended for ages 9 1/2 - 21. Enthralling books. Ingenious.-me.

These are some of the best books I have ever read. It costs a lot, but it is definately worth it. I would say they are probably ages ten through about fourteen or fifteen. The first book is pretty sad, but after it, they get better. My favorite is probably the Erstaz Elevator, it is really funny. Highly recomended.

Great books...I really want to find out what happens in the end. They're a little predictable at times, but they're funny and are overall great books.
